As a Business Service Manager at Brecks Group, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and success of our business. You will be responsible for managing and coordinating the delivery of various services to our clients, overseeing service quality and driving business growth.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 Oversee the delivery of business services to diverse clients, including but not limited to consulting, project management, and financial services.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Establish and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet their requirements.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Manage a team of service professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Develop strategies to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, expanding service offerings, and building partnerships with other businesses.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to develop and implement effective strategies to achieve business objectives.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Monitor service performance and metrics, identifying areas of improvement and implementing solutions to enhance service quality and efficiency.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Keep abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities, providing insights and recommendations to improve the company’s services and competitive edge.<\/p>\n

Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. MBA is an advantage.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Minimum of 5 years of experience in a business service management role.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Proven track record of managing service delivery, driving business growth, and building partnerships.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple projects with tight deadlines.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Strategic thinker with a problem-solving mindset.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.<\/p>\n
