As a Warehouse Assistant, you will be responsible for efficiently and accurately handling all incoming and outgoing orders at our warehouse. You will work alongside a team of experienced professionals and will be trained to utilize the latest equipment and technology to assist in the daily operations of our warehouse.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n \u2022Receiving, inspecting, and recording all incoming shipments<\/p>\n \u2022Accurately picking and packing orders for shipment<\/p>\n \u2022Performing regular inventory checks and keeping the warehouse organized and clean<\/p>\n \u2022Maintaining accurate shipping and receiving records in our database<\/p>\n \u2022Communicating inventory discrepancies and any other issues to the Warehouse Manager<\/p>\n \u2022Assisting in loading and unloading trucks as needed<\/p>\n \u2022Following all safety and security procedures to ensure a safe working environment<\/p>\n \u2022Performing other duties as assigned by the Warehouse Manager<\/p>\n Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n \u2022High school diploma or equivalent<\/p>\n \u2022Previous experience in a warehouse environment is preferred<\/p>\n \u2022Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 50 lbs)<\/p>\n \u2022Strong organizational skills and attention to detail<\/p>\n \u2022Excellent communication and interpersonal skills<\/p>\n \u2022Ability to work both independently and as part of a team<\/p>\n \u2022Proficient computer skills and experience working with database systems<\/p>\n \u2022Forklift certification is a plus<\/p>\n Working Conditions:<\/strong><\/p>\n \u2022This is a full-time position with a flexible schedule (including weekends if needed)<\/p>\n \u2022Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment<\/p>\n \u2022Exposure to various weather conditions while working in the warehouse and loading dock areas<\/p>\n \u2022Occasional overtime may be required during busy periods<\/p>\n Benefits:<\/strong><\/p>\n \u2022Competitive salary<\/p>\n \u2022Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision plans<\/p>\n \u2022Paid time off and holiday pay<\/p>\n \u2022Opportunities for growth and advancement within the company<\/p>\n At Brecks Group, we value diversity and promote an inclusive work environment.
