Responsibilities
- Prepare and inspect concrete surfaces to ensure correct placement and finishing.
- Mix, pour, and spread concrete following project specifications and safety standards.
- Use hand and power tools to smooth and finish concrete surfaces with precision.
- Apply finishing techniques such as troweling, brushing, and stamping to achieve desired textures and patterns.
- Monitor curing processes and apply sealers or other protective coatings as required.
- Coordinate with other construction team members to ensure project timelines are met.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, complying with all health and safety regulations.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Concrete Finisher or similar role in construction.
- Strong knowledge of concrete materials, finishing techniques, and curing processes.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and technical documents.
- Physical stamina and dexterity to perform demanding tasks and work in various weather conditions.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and ability to use personal protective equipment effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality finishes.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a construction team.
