Summary:
The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for providing direct patient care. This includes tasks such as taking vital signs, administering medications, and monitoring patient progress. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of medical principles and procedures, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Take vital signs
- Administer medications
- Monitor patient progress
- Provide patient education
- Document patient care
- Order supplies
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in nursing
- Registered Nurse (RN) license
- 1-2 years of experience in a clinical setting
- Strong understanding of medical principles and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing
- Master’s degree in nursing (MSN)
- Experience in a specialized area of nursing
- Bilingual (English and Spanish)
