Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Site Manager to oversee and coordinate all on-site operations for our construction projects. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for managing teams, liaising with contractors and suppliers, and ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations. Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and control all site activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Supervise and coordinate subcontractors and site staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Monitor and maintain quality control procedures to meet project specifications and standards.
- Ensure all work complies with health, safety, and environmental regulations and company policies.
- Coordinate with project managers, clients, and suppliers to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Manage site documentation, including daily reports, risk assessments, and progress updates.
- Identify and resolve any issues or delays on site promptly to minimize impact on the schedule.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Site Manager or similar role in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Relevant construction or civil engineering qualification or certification.
