Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Structural Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in designing, analyzing, and overseeing the construction of various structural projects including commercial, residential, and industrial buildings. This position demands a deep understanding of engineering principles, innovative problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to safety and quality standards. The Structural Engineer will work closely with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that all structural elements comply with regulatory requirements and project specifications. Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed structural analysis and design using appropriate software and methodologies.
  • Prepare engineered drawings and specifications for various structural components.
  • Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineers to ensure project success.
  • Evaluate existing structures for safety, durability, and compliance with regulations.
  • Perform site inspections to monitor construction progress and adherence to design.
  • Contribute to project planning, cost estimation, and scheduling efforts.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry standards, building codes, and best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or related field.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification required.
  • Proficiency with structural analysis software such as SAP2000, ETABS, or STAAD.Pro.
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, standards, and construction methods.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in structural engineering.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
